Policy and Shipping

Product Use:

All bath and body products sold are for external use only!

Discontinue use if any redness appears.

Note, we strive to offer products that are for sensitive

skin though sometimes an individual on their own personal

bases may have a reaction to an ingredient.

Though it has never happened thus far there is never a guarantee.

We do pray over all product but be it unto you according to your faith.

Payment

Immediate payment is preferred, but will accept payment

 up to three days from purchase date.
We except paypal only for all payment transactions.

They except credit card, debit cards also and are a safe, fast, reliable.

Shipping:

We ship most products within 1-2 working business days

excluding Sunday's and Holidays. Orders are securely wrapped to

 ensure that your product will be received in proper condition.

Shipping prices are as marked. If insurance is needed you may request it during checkout.
Packages are shipping the same working business day.

 If a large quantity is bought

and does not fit within this box than arrangements are made with the said buyer to ship with UPS at the rate that they charge.

Of course this means we will have to weigh package,

notify buyer and if more is required than we will inform

of the price before transaction is complete.

This way it is assured that you are not overcharge for shipping.

Returns:

Due to the nature of these products and low prices

we do not except on-line returns. If there was a mishap during

shipping the first step is to file a complaint with the postal service. 

 It is wise to add shipping insurance at checkout if offered to cover any damages.

We ask you to print and save a copy of your PayPal receipt upon transaction.

 We do honor returns in person if product is visibly unused.

Solicitations:

We do not except any solicitations of any kind.

Don't ask, we won't respond!

Disclosure:

We reserve the right not to sell or complete any and

all transactions on the site at www.sugardivine.com to any persons

or business that are hostile or abusive in any manner.

Also note that we Sugar Divine have disclosed that upon refusal that all persons or businesses forfeit any rights for

return of monies, products, or services.
